For people with hearing impairments, I decided to introduce it to this concert, because I want to enjoy entertainment including music provided by Hard Rock. On that day, we invite those with hearing impairments residing in Hokkaido and are planning to enjoy the concert.

Also, on the undercard, a student music performer residing in Hokkaido has appeared, will showcase Japanese drums and dance, and will raise local Hokkaido.
