Komeri Co., Ltd. 120th Anniversary of His Birth – Overview of Shiko Munakata Exhibition This year, the Sekiryosha Museum of Art is celebrating its 30th anniversary as a foundation. In this commemorative year, we will hold an exhibition featuring works by Shiko Munakata, one of the richest works in our museum’s collection. Furthermore, this year marks the 120th anniversary of Shiko Munakata’s birth.

The Yukiryosha Art Museum is a pure Japanese architecture located in the 1,500 tsubo Yakifuna Park.
There is an exhibition room with 86 tatami mats, which is rare for an art museum, and an exhibition room with a high ceiling and hatchet beams, and various special exhibitions are held throughout the year. There is also a Meissen room and a Chagall room as permanent exhibition rooms.
In the garden surrounding the building, flowers and trees bloom throughout the year, and in summer, the pond is covered with large lotus flowers.
